"Over the last 60 years I have seen a number of dentists but only one stands out above the rest. I noticed the quality of your dental work and management skill years ago.  When I am sitting in the dental chair having my teeth cleaned you are not in the room but your presence is definitely felt. No matter which member of your team performed the cleaning, believe me when they were done I knew my teeth had been cleaned. I made sure to express my sincere gratitude before I left. I never had an issue with any of your staff. They did their job professionally well and I never lost a tooth on your and their watch, with the exception of a wisdom tooth which was extracted without an issue... I enjoyed you popping in with that warm smile on your face to ask how I am doing and if there is any dental problem that requires your attention.

When on occasion your intervention was required there is not a dentist on this planet that I would substitute for your skill level and that of your assistant. In my humble opinion you and your staff including the receptionists are community treasure. You all perform a vital role for the good of the community and you are the best at what you do. If there is any person sitting on the fence wondering if they should become a patient of yours, feel free to share with them this letter of an absolute thank you for the 15 plus years of great dental care you provided."
